[Interview Series] Building a Thriving Online Community with Melissa Froehlich
Welcome to The LadyBoss Collective’s first LIVE Interview Series. With many more to come, we are so happy that Melissa was our first interview, as she embodies everything we believe in when it comes to community.Â
Here’s a little background on TLBC + Melissa and how we came to meet. A couple of months ago TLBC got the pleasure to work alongside Melissa on a project with a client. Melissa joined the team to manage the backend of our client’s business and get “shit in order.” And that she most certainly did. We were in the middle of a hellish book launch, and although TLBC was doing.all.the.things, with Melissa’s help, we were able to keep it all together whilst riding the rollercoaster that comes with any large launch.
Since that project ended, we have kept in contact, referred clients and created a friendship. We instantly felt a connection with her, as she is all about community just as much as we are. In the end, your business will never thrive, let alone survive, without the mindset ...
